Acidity and stability
Vitamin C can influence acidity, taste and stability in a film. Define the ingredient form and target quantity, then check compatibility with the polymer, flavor and any mineral in the formula. Test active recovery after drying and avoid assuming that a raw-material assay describes the finished unit.
